So I was thinking about what my first post should be for the new year. Most people just say "Happy New Year!" and that's all, or just write something normal. I wanted to be unique. So I thought it over and came up with what I think is a pretty unique idea. The following is a conversation I wrote between me and the characters I usually write about, aka the voices in my head. Be prepared for the weirdest New Year's Day post ever.

Wendy: *blows noisemaker* Happy New Year!
Raven: (in monotone) Woo.
Liz: Tell me about it.
Kim: Come on, girls. Lighten up!
Liz: I'll lighten up as soon as Ron stops dancing like a Backstreet Boy.
Ron: O-Boyz! The O-BOYZ!
Liz: Whatever.
Starfire: What is the matter, friend Liz? Do you not find the celebration of the new year glorious?
Liz: Uh...no, not really.
Wendy: Why not?
Liz: Long story. Don't want to talk about it.
Cyborg: I gotta Speedy-shaped pinata. You know you wanna smack it.
Wendy: Vic!
Liz: *ponders* ...maybe later.
Raven: *raises eyebrow* ...are you okay?
Liz: Eh.
Robin: Something's wrong with her.
Starfire: Is there nothing we can do?
Gar: *grin* I think Robin should wear the hat! *holds up dorky "Happy New Year" hat*
Robin: *eyes go wide*
Selene: You've got my vote.
Robin: *glares at Selene*
Selene: *smirks* *winks*
Cyborg: *puts hat on Robin* Great idea, BB.
Liz: *amused grin*
Starfire: We shall now ingest large quantities of food!
Kim: Just keep Ron away from the sugar.
Liz: And Gar.
Gar and Ron: HEY!
