This post is concerning the recent accusations made recently in wd_icontest. Perhaps this will allow for my friends not associated with autumn_c, some of whom I've known for years, to verify my identity apart from her, as well as restore my honor. I've even made an icon to work through some of the emotions I'm having right now.

I do not, nor have I ever, cheated in an icon contest, or in any way for that matter. I did not attempt to stack votes in favor of autumn_c. I'd say I am shocked by these accusations, but I suppose they could be justified. Obviously, I followed the same voting pattern, and I am also in several common communities as her, and she is on my friends list. Still...I am totally blown away by this.

That being said, it is my personal opinion that autumn_c is not at fault here. I've dealt with cheaters before, and none of them have ever apologized for getting me involved. Those who cheat are selfish in their actions and could care less if someone else goes down with them. I'm sure I could be wrong. She hasn't been on my friends list long, so I can't say I know her. But in my experience, it's very unlikely.

I believe you. Though I haven't known you to long I see you as trust worthy and I do not see you as a thief or comitting a crime in any way. Why on earth would they accuse you? :(

I am SO sorry about the whole thing. It eded up being a case of "wrong place, wrong time". Your vote this past week was right at the tag end of all the other voters, and got lumped into the lot of them to be "safe". I am sorry for all the trouble this has caused!
