Just a post to let everyone know I won't be posting Smallville fan fiction publicly anymore. Maybe no icons either, but I'm still trying to figure that out. I just want to separate myself a little from fandom. I'll still be around the communities and the forums, but I've left anything ship-related here on LJ. If you want to be on a trusted list of people for a certain ship, comment I'll put you on it and link you to wear I've posted it. And that is only if I've come to trust you.

Did something happen to make you feel this way? Someone harassing you, the direction of the show, an amalgamation of different things? I'm just curious.

Just the usual culprits. As you know, I've been thinking about this for a while. I'll still be posting about Smallville here, of course, I'm just staying away from the shipping places as far as LJ goes. I'll still be on the ToU Chlark forum and elsewhere.

Maybe you could create a separate LJ solely for the fandom stuff? I don't know what caused you to want to separate yourself, but maybe posting it in another LJ would be helpful. Just a thought:-). Also, it doesn't have to be public; lots of people post their fanfic on an f-lock or to a specific filter.
