I should have listened. I...I really don't know what to say. I sincerely wanted to help, but like that matters. I apparently have to be Superartist to tell someone too many effects can be bad. Next thing you know I'll have to get a degree in English to write something worthwhile. Which I'm going to do anyway...but I digress.

I don't really care if you add me, [livejournal.com profile] missladyvenus. If you want to be paranoid, fine. It's just a TV show.

Erk, I hate it when things like that happen. It's... okay. ::hug::

Sometimes, I don't know why I even try.

Ugh. I haven't made icons in a while, but I do agree that flashier doesn't always mean better. I wouldn't listen to people like her. Sometimes.. they just don't know what they're doing.

Uh-oh...what'd she say?

I saw what she said to you. Her line about professional critiquing shows how full of it she is. You don't have to be a professional critic to know when something doesn't appeal to you, and why it doesn't appeal to you.

Trust me, there's no reasoning with her. She's beyond it. She's freaking insane, I'm telling you. She's small-minded and mean-spirited, and bigoted.

*nod* I don't have to know how to do those flashy effects to know there's too many. I would be making the same critiques if it were a Chlark, Chimmy or Chlart wallpaper. It's some advice I got from a better artist than myself, and I thought I'd pass it along...but a lot of good that did.

I felt like I was talking to this girl I knew in middle school. I didn't know a thirty-something woman could get so worked up over a little comment and a television show.

She's not a normal person. I'm telling you. She could be twelve, and still this kind of behavior would reflect psychosis.
