acresofhopeWell, my sister is home on leave, which should make me really happy. I mean it did, when she first got here. But that was before all the crap started.
Sensitive!bro has been getting all kinds of crap from my mother's side of the family. There was a porn incident, which sensitive!bro tells me wasn't him. I believe him because he's always very honest with me. We're a lot alike and we understand each other, so he's never been afraid to tell me something, even something like that. But anyway, he got into trouble about that, and that was before the sis even got here. Then, he was accused yesterday during littlest!bro's birthday party of telling that the sis was coming home (it was supposed to be a surprise for littlest!bro). I never really understood why Ma (my mom's mom) thought he was trying to tell, but I really don't think he was. sometime during the party, Ma shook her umbrella in sensitive!bro's face, asking him if he wanted to eat it. Needless to say, with the crap he's been taking (probably a lot more than I know about), he's feed up. He either gets mad or cries when this happens, and of course, when he gets mad, he then gets crap about having a bad attitude. Poor guy says the only thing that helps him is going for a run, but he can't always do that.
After that, the sis decides to take her car back from the 2nd born bro, because my dad let her know he hasn't been paying his bills (and he doesn't have that many). That was part of their agreement, that the car would be signed over if he had a job and was paying his bills. But of course, because my dad was involved, somehow my mom deems it his fault. She told the 2nd born bro about what my dad had said, and he called my dad and all but cussed him out.
All of this has happened in the last 24 hours. Needless to say my dad is feed up, because he doesn't want to go through all this crap with the sis home, especially since all this will pretty much ruin the plans my dad had of getting the family together when he was off work. Now there will be a one-sided war between the parents on who gets to spend time with the sis while she's home. I say one-sided because my mom will win, because my dad can only take so much. Sensitive!bro will also have a hard time, because he's like me: he hates fighting, even if he's not involved in it.
Well, that's all for right now. I just needed to get it all out. I hope this blows over soon. I'd like to be able to enjoy the time my only sister is home.
