Also, there is Animation Shop, which comes bundled with PSP.

I have version 5 - someone sent it to me through msn a few years ago and so I didnt have to pay for it lol

Ah...
If I recall, that did come with Animation Shop (I think version 1, though.).

One thing I suggest is that you find a free animation program to go alongside the PSP5 (They are out there; you just have to find them.)
