Feb. 26th, 2006 02:53 pmSo I've done some research on the vitamin thing. Vitamin B6 is the vitamin that promotes brain function. High levels of vitamin B6 occur in cauliflower, watercress, spinach, bananas, okra, onions, broccoli, squash, kale, kohlrabi, brussels sprouts, peas and radishes. I found another page about diet and brain function, and it had lots of those typical breakfast foods on it, like milk and eggs. Also, something about boron and copper. More research is required.
