Aug. 30th, 2005 03:35 pmThe gramps just called. He says gas is $3.09 there. He also says my cousin's school district is talking about going two hours longer for school each day and being off on Friday. just to save gas. I don't know how things are in the rest of the country, but things suck here.
Of course, what frustrates me most about this situation is Converse College. If they would have done their jobs and processed my application, I would be living on campus and my parents wouldn't have to drive all that way to get me to church. It isn't that far from the college, so I could practically walk there if I had to. GRRR!
Be praying for my family...and also...well, more for Converse than for me. They're the ones I'm going to yell at when we can finally afford the gas to get over there.
